A: Videos and photos of machines will be sent to you. We also have machines in store. Warmly welcome to you come to us to check machines’ quality directly. And we also can operate machines for you in our factory.
2 Q: Do you have the products in stock?
A:Yes, we have some model products which can supply to you.
3 Q: What's the MOQ(Minimum Order Quantity)?
A: We are specialized in wholesales of food machinery, so the agent in overseas will be highly appreciated ! The best quality with best price to achieve the win-win cooperation!
4 Q: Can I change the voltage if the machine is not available in my country?
A: Of course, our professional engineers will solve all those problems for you, and we also can customize the suitable motor for you according to your special demand. Professional advice will supplied by us when you select machines.
5 Q: What certification do you have?

7 Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A:Warranty time is for 12 months.
9 Q: We are not in China, how can you ship machines to us?
A: Do not worry about Shippment. We can help you to arrange shippment for you by Sea, by Air and by Express. If you have agent in China, welcome to your agent to come to us to pick up cargo if you like.
10 Q: Can I visit your company?
A: We have an exhibition hall in Zhengzhou city, warmly welcome to visit us to examine the quality and negotiate business any time.
11 Q:What payment method do you accept?
A: We accept payment by T/T, L/C or Western Union generally.
12 Q:Do you provide after-sale service?
